1. Learning Design Blueprint (The Vision)

• Think of this as the foundation of your course, where we ensure the big picture aligns with your organization’s goals.  
• Agile Role: Product Manager — Manages the overall vision and strategy for the course.

2. Course Framework (The Structure)  

• Next, we break down the content into manageable modules, each with learning outcomes and activities that engage your students and help them achieve the desired results.  
• This phase serves as the skeleton of your course, organizing the structure and flow.  
• Agile Role: Product Owner — Prioritizes the course elements and ensures each part aligns with the vision outlined in the Blueprint.

3. Instructional Delivery Architecture (The Final Product)  

• Finally, we implement step-by-step lesson plans, teaching methods, and assessment strategies that guide the instructor through the delivery of the course.  
• This is where we ensure your course is ready for deployment, providing all the tools and resources for instructors to deliver the material effectively.  
• Agile Roles: Scrum Master and Team Members — The Scrum Master ensures smooth delivery, while the team members build the lesson plans based on the architecture.
